At WPsaver.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital products that are instantly downloadable, there are some important limitations to our refund policy.
By purchasing from WPsaver.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. General rules
- All sales are final. Once a product has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned”.
- There is no “trial” or “grace period”.
- No refunds are provided if you change your mind, purchase by mistake, or can no longer use the product.
- We do not sell licence keys. If a product asks for a licence key or displays “Upgrade to Premium”, simply ignore it. This is normal behaviour in GPL products.
- We provide GPL-licensed original files for knowledgeable users who do not require automatic updates or developer support.
2. When a refund may be granted
Refunds may be granted only if:
- The file is completely non-functional and
- The issue cannot be resolved after reasonable support efforts and
- You notify us within 7 days of purchase.
You must first open a support ticket and allow us 24–72 hours to attempt to resolve the issue.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Lack of technical skill to install or configure the product
- Incompatibility with your WordPress setup, theme, or server
- Expecting features not described on the product page
- Display of licence key/activation message (expected behaviour)
- Not having read the product description carefully
3. Special cases
- Membership Plans: No refunds are provided once any file has been downloaded under a Membership Plan. Please do not purchase a membership for testing purposes.
- Bundles: No refunds on bundle purchases unless all items in the bundle are proven to be non-functional.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable.
- Free Products: No refunds (you paid nothing).
4. Refund process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund:
- Submit a support ticket first.
- Our team will review your request.
- You may be asked to provide additional information (e.g. screenshots, video, or temporary access to your site).
- If the issue cannot be resolved and meets our criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–14 business days.
5. Important notes
- You may cancel your account at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.
- If a refund is issued, you must delete all copies of the refunded product and may no longer use it.
- Repeated refund requests or abuse of our system may result in account termination.
6. Summary
We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to assist you wherever possible. However, as we deal in GPL-licensed digital downloads, our refund policy must be strict to protect our business.
